For the protection of our customers and to comply with sanitation standards, all earring purchases are considered final sale. This means that earrings cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Returns for All Other Jewelry

We are happy to accept returns on jewelry items other than earrings, provided that the return is initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unworn.
• The item should be in its original condition.
• All original packaging must be included with the return.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item to ensure it meets our return criteria, a refund will be issued. All refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
